Disclaimer: Customers are responsible for any additional services beyond the plumbing plan. The plumbing system's condition will be assessed during maintenance, but no future performance warranties are provided. An accessible ground-level cleanout is required; roof access is not included. If a drain cannot be cleared with a cable, hydro jetting may be necessary at an extra cost. Membership includes one stoppage per drain per year and excludes issues from abuse, foreign objects, roots, or broken lines. Access other than a ground-level cleanout incurs additional charges. Cannot be combined with other offers or coupons. Club membership is non-refundable after the first visit or if discounts received exceed membership cost.
