No surprises, ever
Maintenance Coverage
- HVAC system(s) must be operational to perform regularly scheduled maintenance.
- Yearly inspections are scheduled during normal business hours based on availability.
- Any repairs recommended while performing a maintenance visit are excluded from the membership price.
- Supply of air filters is not included in the program benefits.
- Anode rods for tank-type water heaters are not included.
- Tankless water heater flushes are not included in the program benefits.
Drain & Sewer Benefits
- Drain clearings are excluded if there is not a ground-level accessible clean out.
- The complimentary drain clearing is to be used on a routine Flood Prevention Inspection.
- One complimentary main sewer line camera inspection per membership year, as needed.
- Excavation, line replacement, and root removal beyond routine clearing are quoted separately.
Emergency Service
- Emergency Services are defined as no cooling, no heating, no water, or flooding.
- Members receive priority scheduling with no emergency evaluation fee or trip charge.
- No after-hours or holiday rate charges apply to active members.
- Parts availability and access to the property may affect emergency response time.
Billing & Cancellation
- All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the customer.
- Minimum 24-month subscription term applies to all plans.
- A $120 early cancellation fee applies per system.
- Loyalty Credits have no cash value, apply to equipment purchase only, and are void upon cancellation.
- The 2-year parts and labor warranty on repairs requires a continuously active membership.
