- Tankless water heater flushes are not included in the program benefits.
- Supply of air filters is not included in the program benefits.
- Any recommended repairs while performing maintenance visits are excluded.

What does the Champagne Club Membership cost?
Membership starts at $19.99 per month, with 2-year prepaid options at $299, $499, and $999 depending on coverage. Each additional AC unit is $10 monthly or $120–$600 on prepaid terms.
What is included in the membership?
Priority emergency scheduling, no trip or after-hours charges, 10% off repairs, a 2-year parts and labor repair warranty, yearly HVAC, water heater, and plumbing inspections, plus complimentary drain clearing, water quality analysis, and main sewer line camera inspection as needed.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes — subscriptions require a minimum 24-month term and renew automatically unless cancelled. Early cancellation is $120 per system.
What counts as an emergency?
No cooling, no heating, no water, or flooding. Members get priority scheduling for those calls with no evaluation fee or trip charge.
What is not covered by the membership?
